10 Weeks and Counting...

Just a little more than 10 weeks ago, this little man arrived. My how time seems to fly so much faster with your second child. I guess it has a lot to do with having his older brother to keep me busy...amazing how that works.
He is such a happy baby...

I spend so much time trying to memorize this little face. He has the most piercing blue eyes and it is always so hard to catch the true color on camera, but there they are. And that smile seems to make it easier to get up with him in the middle of the night...well a little bit. One thing we have going for us, he likes his sleep as much as we do, so he's trying...

So precious, and he is definitely my snuggler!!!

Somebody has to do "It"...

So this particular "it" just so happens to be mowing the lawn. A job that seemingly always needs to be done, but it seems as there is never enough time to do. Well let me tell you, if we could just figure out a safe way for a two year old to do "it", "it" would never need to BE done again. It just so happens to be his favorite past time and as you can see, there's no need for pants...and yes those are baseball underwear.
I mean really how would you be able to see them if he had pants on, silly???

Tackle It Tuesday...

Our lovely kitchen...woohoo, looks like fun huh?

Well today is "Tackle it Tuesday", a new tradition I am starting!! I will embark on an adventure of a lifetime once a week...from cleaning the kitchen to "tackling" the laundry. I know thrilling, isn't it?

As the Mom of two boys under three, I'm lucky to find the time to do trivial things, you know like go to the bathroom or eat lunch, let alone the time to clean anything!! Clean while they sleep you say? Well, they have learned to collaborate against me and NEVER sleep at the same time during the day. So spare time is as mythical as the Unicorn!

After some elbow grease, finding a way to occupy -N-(the two and a half year old)and listening to -A-(the two month old) test his musical abilities, and let me tell you, wow that Boy has some lungs!! I finally got to the bottom of the grime and had to take a BREAK!! -A- was hungry...here is the half way point!

Right now you are probably wondering how a family of 3 1/2 can have soooo many dirty dishes after one weekend, yeah, well me too!!!

Isn't it amazing how a clean kitchen makes the house look clean, even if there ARE toys scattered about the living room floor, HA!
